Here's exactly what Nurtured does, what it doesn't, and answers to common questions.
I have a background of study in midwifery, but my formal qualification is not yet complete and I am not a registered midwife, nurse, doctor, or other AHPRA-registered health practitioner. I don't provide clinical care or advice. My role is non-clinical support coordination alongside your existing care team, with a focus on holistic care for you, your body, and your baby.
No. Nurtured complements your clinical care, it doesn't replace it. You remain responsible for your own and your baby's clinical and medical care, and for maintaining your relationship with your midwife, doctor, or other registered health professionals.
Yes. Information you share with me is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where I believe there is a serious risk to your safety or your baby's safety.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session can be rescheduled at no charge. No refunds apply within the week of a booking or after a session has occurred, and once a Support or Premium package has commenced. If you're unwell, let me know as soon as possible and I'll always offer to reschedule. Genuine, unforeseen circumstances (hospitalisation, pregnancy loss, etc.) are always handled with compassion and flexibility, not rigid policy.
Book a free, no-obligation 15-minute discovery call. We'll talk through what you need and whether Nurtured is the right fit. If so, you'll receive your intake and onboarding documents at the end of the call.
Sessions can be held by phone or at your home address (as disclosed on your intake form), depending on your package and preference.
Once you've had your discovery call, you'll create a portal account to purchase or renew your package securely via Stripe, and view your sessions, documents, and payment history in one place.
